All participants must abide by Virginia Laws.  Safety comes first!

The “owner” of an entry is the individual who signs the waiver on the entry form.  The owner will be required to provide a driver’s license (or other government document) to verify they are at least 21 years old.

Participants may buy as many entries as they desire for $10 each.

There are five check points (see map issued on the Poker Run day for locations)

o

The owner will be given a “player card” at the start of the Poker Run.

o

The player card is shown to each checkpoint’s personnel and then allowed to draw a poker card.

o

Checkpoint personnel will write the card drawn on the “player card” and verify it with a special mark and checkpoint personnel’s initials for authenticity.

Hands will be tallied at the end of each participant’s return to the Hampton Roads Harley Davidson Dealership. Before turning in the score card, player card owners will be given the opportunity to purchase one additional card for $5.

Poker Run Prizes:

o

First through fifth prizes will be awarded to the highest five card stud hands (ex. Royal Flush, 4 of a Kind, Full House, etc.).

o

No jokers or wild cards are allowed, although an Ace can be either low or high.

o

The lowest hand of the contest will also receive a prize (ex. A, 2, 3, 4, 6).

o

In case of a tie, the prize money for those places will be combined and divided equally.

50/50 Tickets:

o

You may purchase 50/50 tickets at any stop location by 2:30 p.m.

o

Tickets are sold for $1.00 each or 5 for $3.00.  You may purchase as many tickets as you desire.

o

All tickets sold will be combined into one hopper.

o

One ticket will be drawn and the winner will receive half of the money collected.  You must be present to win.

Gathering of Mountain Eagles T-Shirts may be purchased at the registration table at anytime.  100% of the proceeds go to support wounded warriors.

All prizes will be awarded at 4 p.m. at Hampton Roads Harley Davidson Dealership.
